Job Description

Our client operates in the real estate sector in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It focuses on real estate development and is involved in various high-profile projects. Its work includes planning, branding, and marketing strategies for major real estate projects which aim to boost Jeddah’s northern area, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Performance Management: Contribute to the development and execution of the department’s short to mid-term strategic plan to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and corporate goals. Develop annual business plans to support financial and strategic objectives. Monitor, control, and report KPIs while recommending corrective actions.
  • People Management: Oversee the activities of direct reports to ensure work efficiency. Manage the performance management process by setting annual objectives, mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback. Identify employees’ training and developmental needs in coordination with the Human Capital Department.
  • Organization Structure: Assist in defining an optimal structure for the department to ensure smooth workflow of operations and effective resource utilization.
  • Financial Accountability: Provide input into the department’s budget preparation and consolidation. Monitor financial performance throughout the year, identify any unsatisfactory performance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder management strategies within the company.
  • Investor Relations: Manage investor relationship activities, ensuring timely and high-quality communication with the company.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver successful stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy.
  • Regulatory & Government Relations: Implement a governance mechanism to ensure clear and effective communication with external regulatory and government bodies.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Implement strategies for continually improving stakeholder satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports for senior management and stakeholders covering all aspects of operations.
  • Policies, Systems, and Procedures: Recommend improvements to departmental procedures and ensure the implementation of policies, procedures, systems, and controls. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, incorporating international best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE): Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security, and environmental procedures to guarantee employee safety and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Preferably a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related qualification.
  • Experience in a relevant industry.
  • 7-10 years of experience in similar operations.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Professional certification in a related field is preferred.
