Our client operates in the real estate sector in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It focuses on real estate development and is involved in various high-profile projects. Its work includes planning, branding, and marketing strategies for major real estate projects which aim to boost Jeddah’s northern area, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Strategy: Develop and execute the department’s long-term strategic plan and annual business plans. Continuously monitor performance to identify deviations in a timely manner and implement necessary resources and actions to meet performance targets.
- Leadership: Manage department employees' performance, workforce requirements, and talent development in coordination with the Human Capital Department.
- Organisation Structure: Recommend an optimal organisation structure for the department in coordination with the Chief to ensure smooth workflow of operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Financial Accountability: Prepare and manage the budget, monitor financial performance, and address any underperformance.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies within the company.
- Key Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with major stakeholders, including ROSHN, KAIA, SELA, GACA, and Jeddah PMO.
- Government Relations: Support the CEO in managing high-level stakeholder engagements, including interactions with ministers, deputy ministers, and other senior government officials.
- Regulatory Engagement: Oversee interactions with government and regulatory bodies, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure the successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the overall stakeholder engagement strategy.
- Internal Support: Provide necessary support to divisions to consult and engage stakeholders effectively on relevant projects.
- Public Sector Engagement: Communicate the company's value proposition to government and public sector representatives, define the scope of opportunities, and provide structured feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and experience.
- Change Management: Implement change initiatives related to systems, processes, and practices, considering international best practices and changes in the business environment.
- Policies, Systems, and Procedures: Oversee the development and implementation of departmental policies, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
- Experience in a relevant industry.
- A total of 10+ years of experience in a relevant industry, including 4 years at a senior management level.
- Working knowledge of Arabic and proficiency in English.
- Professional certification in a related field is preferred.
