Our client operates in the real estate sector in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It focuses on real estate development and is involved in various high-profile projects. Its work includes planning, branding, and marketing strategies for major real estate projects which aim to boost Jeddah’s northern area, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth Opportunities: Support the Business Analysis Director in identifying business growth opportunities for the company, including new target industries.
- Sector Strategy Development: Assist the team in developing sector strategy reports, including the identification and prioritization of target value chain segments.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Develop analysis reports and presentations regarding internal and external challenges and strategic business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence Function: Support the Business Analysis Director in establishing a market intelligence function by gathering data, analyzing market trends, and assessing the competitiveness of the company locally and regionally. This includes monitoring Special Economic Zones (SEZs), changes in Saudi Arabia's base economy, and preparing reports summarizing findings and recommendations for company leadership.
- Evaluation Techniques and Industry Research: Assist in developing evaluation techniques and processes to assess business and investment opportunities. Lead initiatives on industry research for the organization.
- Business Case Review: Support the Partnerships & Sales team in reviewing and challenging business cases developed by or with prospective SEZ investors. This includes market data analysis, strategic thinking, proposed investments, partnership models, etc.
- Financial Modeling: Create financial models as required for feasibility studies and investment opportunities related to core and non-core assets. Update the company’s business plan and develop new business cases.
- External Engagements: Assist the team during engagements with external advisors and consultants to maximize project value.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably a Master’s Degree in Real Estate or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Estate Master and/or similar real estate software.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in management consulting or advisory.
- Strong financial background.
- Excellent financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in English and working knowledge of Arabic.
- Professional certification in a related field (e.g., CFA Level 1, RICS, etc.).
